Over the last several months, I have reached out to Experian to address many inaccuracies they're reporting to my credit file. Although, I've included hard proof of inaccuracy and incompleteness to this file, they've " verified '' one account countless times. I have shown this very account as fraudulent, I've shown the inconsistencies and lack of permissible purpose as they're missing information, have invalid information and are simply not mine without proof provided. This account remains on my consumer report. I have sent various correspondence and I've sent this certified mail with return receipts requested. My requests have not been met, I have not been provided any documentation of closed and thorough investigation for maximum accuracy either. This has been happening since XX/XX/XXXX up until currently. The account in question has added illegal interest to this erroneous account as early as XX/XX/XXXX and Experian continuously allows them to report this false information.
