I've made efforts to correct misinformation, inaccurate data and false accounts reporting on my file and this CRA has refused to be transparent with their investigation, continue to house false information on my report and keep me from maintaining maximum accuracy as outlined in the FCRA. Since XX/XX/2021, I've been sending correspondence concerning the inaccuracy of my consumer report. There are accounts reporting on my credit such as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the sums of {$1700.00} and {$230.00} that have not been verified, no sufficient proof has been provided to me concerning the validity of these debts and the claim that I owe them. They're also not in compliance of federal and state laws as I was given no notice before they reported to bureaus, upon disputing they have came back " verified '' without showing permissible purpose to attempt too collect these debts and have had complete disregard for FDCPA laws. I have reached out to Transunion and the adjacent companies about these errors and lack of compliance countless times to correct information, request further details or demand deletion for lack of sufficient proof and they have chosen to either not respond to my requests or not perform their duties in accordance to the laws that are set to follow.
