This office has been incorrectly billing me for services beginning XX/XX/XXXX. They have billed me for doctors I havent seen when I requested to have follow up visits with the doctor who performed my XXXX. They have gone from billing neither insurance to billing only XXXX, INSTEAD OF IN ORDER OF PRIMARY THEN SECONDARY, which has caused for claims to be denied, leaving me with a lawsuit for over {$16000.00}. XXXX XXXX has reached out, as recently as XX/XX/XXXX with a voicemail being left, to them to inquire about their billing practices. Also, the condition that this medical debt stems from has been determined to be directly related to a pending medical malpractice lawsuit I have against XXXX XXXX. Regardless, the billing practices of this office are inconsistent and questionable all while neither physician, XXXX and XXXX, want to address my post operative concerns, pain, and complications I have made them aware of since XX/XX/XXXX. I requested XXXX XXXX for my post-op follow up visits but when I arrived at the appointments, I was met with XXXX XXXX who spent less than XXXX minutes with me, ignoring my pain and concerns.
