I am a victim of identity theft. I submitted a copy of my police report to Experian and requested that the fraudulent items listed in the police report be blocked pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605B. I included a copy of my drivers license and social security card to confirm my identity. Instead of Experian processing my fraud investigation, they disputed the fraudulents items and sent me correspondence that the item were " verified '' with my name and social security number. As a victim of identity theft my identity has been breached.
