The accounts listed are adversely affecting my credit report and it is costing me money.This is not a regular dispute I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and XXXX XXXX XXXX because to my knowledge I do not recall any of these accounts. I need this problem to be fixed asap, I have been going back and forth since early XXXX and still waiting for a response. I will not wait 50 or 60 days to receive no response because it is clear that I am being ignored on my disputes. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will have no choice but to file for litigation due to all the things that you have caused me. In Section 611 ( a ), it states that any failure to investigate these items within 30 days gives a reason to immediately remove these items from my credit report. It has been over 30 days so these items should be deleted promptly. Attached is a copy of my Photo ID, my social security card, proof of address, my disputes, and my FTC report.
