On XX/XX/XXXX, I disputed an account on my credit report ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to TransUnion, XXXX and XXXX. I got a response stating that this item was verified on XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted another dispute letter, XXXX XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX stating the reasons why this account should not be reported on my credit report and to remove it immediately. I also asked for this account to be reinvestigated within XXXX days. I received a deletion for this account on XX/XX/XXXX. This account was permanently deleted off of my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX. As of today XX/XX/XXXX, this same account has reappeared on my credit report when it was previous deleted. I have had this happened to me numerous of times with other accounts I have been disputing over the months as well far as renaming the account but still using the same account number for the account that was already removed as well. Please delete this account, ( XXXX Places Apts ) from my credit report immediately.
