My credit score with Transunion has been lowered XXXX points from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I I applied for an upgrade card and was approved XX/XX/XXXX. I received a spirit card XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I received a XXXX XXXX card XX/XX/XXXX that was opened with no hard pull according to XXXX XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX I was approved for an XXXX card. And I was added as an authorized user on a XXXX account in XXXX of XXXX which should not be a hard inquiry. So before these actions my credit score was a XXXX. I was docked points for the inquiries and then again when the counts were listed as opened. My limits are no higher than 15 % on any credit card. Then even though I had already had points removed for a hard inquiry for the upgrade card on XXXX XXXX XXXX they docked me XXXX points when the one card became opened. I was of the understanding your score could be adjusted a few point for inquiries but XXXX points for one card after having my score lowered on the same account is double jeopardy. I am in the market for a refi on my home but with the score the way it is its not allowing me the APR I deserve and is going to cost me thousands of dollars just because Transunion scoring system that is self serving. I attempted to call Transunion on XX/XX/XXXX to try to resolve this issue but was basically told by a miss XXXX she could only answer general questions. And seemed clueless. Not only would I like my score adjusted in a fair and unbiassed way I want to know what rules they go by for taking points off some ones credit report. All the proof of the scoring is in the their credit reports.
