I just discovered today that I C Systems XXXX has placed a derogatory account on my credit report that is not mine. The debt came from a medical facility, XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never taken a pet to that hospital for any reason or any services. By law businesses and the credit bureau are supposed to verify and validate any information they add to a consumer 's account. No one from this establishment has ever contacted me to verify If I am the person this debit belongs to. Ive recently added a fraud alert on my account due to my social number being exposed. Seems someone has compromised my personal Information.
