For months now I have been trying to get Experian to remove and acknowledge their derogatory comments on my credit file. Experian wants consumers in debt. Prior to my paying off my auto loan and paying down my credit cards these comments were never displayed on my file. " All of a sudden '' as I have paid off nearly all debt, my score has dropped from XXXX with debt to XXXX with no debt. Experian continues to ignore my request to justify why they are reporting such things. They also fail to amend my old statement add my new consumer statement to my file as requested. Balances on my file are also incorrect but my statement needs to be added seeing Experian fails to explain their reporting.
