When i called the credit bureau ask can i have a copy of my credit File ( not my report ). I was told it would be sent to me and i never receive it. This was over 30 days ago. I would like to know why i havent received it. If this suppose to be my credit FILE why I cant have a copy of my FILE. This goes against my consumer right.
