This is the second complaint I'm filing against this company ( ProCollect , Inc ). They have fraudulently credit reported this debt which is having serious effects on my credit, preventing me from obtaining new housing and a better job. I was employed with the Original Creditor ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) in 2018 as a Maintenance Supervisor and lived on the premises to which they are stating I broke a lease with them. This is absolutely false as I was on a month to month basis with them and was never on any lease. I can tell you for a fact that anyone employed with an apartment complex is never put on a year lease for the simple fact that if the employment is terminated for any reason, then there wouldn't be a binding contract obligating the employee to stay at that apartment. When I filed the last complaint, ProCollect sent me some falsified documents that made absolutely no sense and appeared to be missing pages. I do not owe this debt and I demand this be deleted from my credit report or I will move forward with legal action. There are plenty of XXXX XXXX XXXX that will sue a debt collector for the slightest violations of FDCPA and FCRA. This is complete fraud and harassment. I will sue ProCollect to the fullest extent of the law!!! I want this off my credit NOW!!!!
