We got an American Express Serve prepaid card through XXXX XXXX tax services to receive our tax refund. American Express has marked a legit transaction as fraudulent, and froze our card. We received an email with a link we could click to let them know it was legit, but upon doing so was told the link had expired or the issue had been closed. We've called the number on the back of the card to get the issue sorted and get the card unfroze, but the automated system has no option relating to this problem, and has no option listed to be transferred to a live agent. I've also tried calling another number I got from the American Express website, and all they can do is tell me to call the number on the back of the card that I've already tried. We've attempted to log on to the American Express Serve website, but after putting in our credentials and clicking log on, nothing happens. We've attempted this with XXXX different devices, only for all to have the same result.
