Capital one is not providing me with legitimate bills. I have received two bills in the mail. One requesting the payment, another requesting a higher payment. The higher payment of XXXX dollars does not correlate with the original agreement received when opening the XXXX XXXX dollar credit card. I am receiving horrible customer service when contacting the company and they are refusing to give me any information about my two credit cards. They are sabotaging my credit and probably the credit of others. They seem to be a very inproficient, uneducated, and disgusting company. They need to be shut down. Thank you kindly, XXXX XXXX.
