I called the collection department today XXXX, 2022 offering to pay off my loan of {$1000.00} and close it out as it was all I have to do they already caused my bank account to be overdrawn when I didn't have money in the account now they won't accept my {$1000.00} payment to be done with I borrowed {$1100.00} they want me to pay them {$1200.00} and I have already made a couple of payments to them already {$140.00} each, and the lady I spoke to today was very rude to me and my wife I will not deal with them anymore this is ridiculous I hope we can come to a quick resolution.
