On XX/XX/2022, I, XXXX XXXX received my consumer reports and I have noticed various areas in the way First Progress Remittances ( also known as FIRST PROGRESS ) as well as XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) are furnishing my information. They are tarnishing my credit score tremendously by reporting late payments every month on a Charge Off account to all the Credit Reporting Agencies and never disclose any details nor provided me with any information nor asked permission to report this late payment which is violating my consumer rights. In fact, Ive never given the Credit Reporting Agencies ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, to report this information as well. There are various federal laws in place to protect me as a consumer, according to 15USC 1666 ( B ) and another 15USC 1681 ( B ) so they are all in violation to my consumer rights. When I am saying ( They ) I am referring to the following, FIRST Progress, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and as well as XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX. As a consumer, I am demanding that these companies report to the following accounts should promptly be updated as ON TIME to all 3 Credit Reporting Agencies, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. The account numbers are listed below. the account number with First Progress is # XXXX The account number with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX The account number with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX With them violating my consumer rights and reporting this information to my reports has caused extremely XXXX XXXX XXXX, stress and XXXX and anxiety. I have not been able to get approved for new credit because of these companies I have stated above and according to 15USC 1691 thats a violation to my consumer rights as well.
