Some company by the name CREDENCE RESOURCE MANAGE who was previously positing on my account as XXXX XXXX put a collections from XXXX XXXX I have never had an communication with the company in writing or on the phone. I have never received any notifications of collection0s or debt or right to dispute. They are selling my information to multiple companies and placing collections repetitively on my credit report every few months that I am constantly disputing. I also do not owe anything to XXXX XXXX. I have had another cable in my for years I have had T-Mobile as cell company for over 5 years and I do not have a home phone. I want this removed from my credit. I have never heard of this company or received any bills from XXXX XXXX regarding any account going to collections prior to me placing this complaint and dispute. I want this removed from my credit as this is a violation to FCRA you did this by Failing to notify me when you supplied negative credit information to a CRA Failing to notify me of my rights to dispute inaccurate credit information. You have damaged my credit report on 2 occasions. I am not sure how this company obtained 2 items to report on my credit report but I want it removed immediately. I disputed it with XXXX who did absolutely nothing and I will be reporting them as well. As I do not know how you can complete an investigation in days. I have also reported the company to the NJ Consumer Affairs and XXXX
