Basically, I Was Always Following My Payments On XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX " PNC BANK '' The XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I Had With The Vehicle, They Knew Name Of XXXX XXXX XXXX And Everything Because They've Had Prior History Communicating With Them. The Vehicle Was However Involved In A Total Loss And Gap Stated That They Would Immediately Make The Remainder Payment For The Vehicle Which Is The " XXXX '' Total Of The Vehicle 's Current Value. XXXX Insurance Communicated With Me That I No Longer Have To Make Any Payments On The Vehicle Since They Were Going To Cover The Remainder Owed On The Vehicle Completely Before My Payment Due Date Arrives. XXXX Made Me Late XXXX Months On My Payments I've Never Been Late Lately On Any Payments. So Please Understand, At This Moment I Was Immediately Not At Fault. The Vehicle Was Involved In A XXXX XXXX That Further On Made It XXXX When The Vehicle Was In The Shop For Almost XXXX Months They Finally Told Me It Was A Total Loss Please Review Documents Attached.
