After not being told that there was at least a 1 month delay in receiving debit cards that would be shipped to me after opening the account, I went into the branch where a gentleman was happy to print me a card on the spot. This was never advertised as something that would be possible, nor was I told that they were way behind on sending out cards that were ordered on their website. Upon leaving the bank with my new debit card issued, I noticed that a {$5.00} fee was placed on my account that I was never told about for issuing the card. I called into their contact center and was told that a credit would appear on my account within 3 days, but that never happened either. I have had other issues with XXXX already, but this is really the last straw for me.
