On XX/XX/2022 we were sold solar panels by a company called XXXX; we were told we needed to complete a loan application that same day which I did with GOODLEAP ( which we later found out was not true ). We later learned that XXXX sold us twice as much product as needed at about twice the cost of another solar company. I immediately cancelled the sale with XXXX on XX/XX/2022. I called Good Leap on XX/XX/2022 and also requested they cancel my loan application. I called Good Leap on XX/XX/2022 requesting they cancel my loan application. I called Good Leap on XX/XX/2022 requesting they cancel my loan application. They continue to REFUSE to cancel this loan application ( for over {$80000.00} ). Today I was told by a XXXX XXXX that it is still NOT CANCELLED and she has no intention of cancelling this loan application because they are HOPING I will change my mind. She literally told me " this doesn't hurt you in any way ''. It does hurt me ; they are holding me XXXX. I am not able to work with a different solar company or loan product.
