In XX/XX/XXXX I paid XXXX to my credit card, the specific date was XXXX. I pay my credit card as soon as I get paid and due to XXXX pay being early I paid earlier than I usually would. I did then not make a payment until XX/XX/XXXX, thinking that both months were covered. However these payments were communicated as being outside of the period from XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX. I would like to point out that XXXX is well above the minimum required payment of XXXX which was expected before XXXX. I then paid a further XXXX on XXXX. Due to this human error I have a late payment on my credit rating, which is causing significant issue and is not on my XXXX XXXX report as " high impact ''. It is due to be " optimised '' in three months ( states that it does so after XXXX XXXX however I have read elsewhere it can stay on your report for 7 years. Is there anyway that this can be looked into. I have formerly spoken with XXXX who advised there was nothing they could do. I contacted the ombudsman however heard nothing back. I would really appreciate some help with this, as although the payments may have been out of periods due to human error, it was not missed. I paid XXXX across a 5 week period. Thank you,
