On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Factual Data ran my credit for XXXX XXXX XXXX under false pretense. The original loan applicant was my mother XXXX XXXX and she was seeking to refinance her property. I was told by the loan officer to submit my information but did not know they can not refinance under my name as my mother is the current owner of the property. To which the company apologized but said they do not know how to remove the inquiry. The second time on XX/XX/XXXX they ran my credit again and when approached had no idea why that happened. The company informed me that there must have been a glitch in the system and that once again they do not know how to remove the inquiry off the credit. All the conversations were recorded and can be requested by the company.
