XXXX XXXX XXXX emailed me informing me that the balance would be waived and all late fee 's would be removed to show the account settled in full as it should have been since XXXX. XXXX did their part up until today XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed Experian updated the account as " paid, was a charge off '' and ALL of the late payments are reflecting again. This is inaccurate on Experian 's part and I would like for them to resolve this ASAP as XXXX did their diligence and updated XXXX XXXX XXXX to report this. See attached new documentation for XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX.
