According to my consumer report I received dated XX/XX/XXXX and I have noticed various areas in the way TransUnion are furnishing my information. I am aware there are various federal laws in place to protect me as a consumer and to construct this business transaction. TransUnion CAN NOT report/treat a payment on an open ended credit plan as late for any reason. Please refer to 15 USC 1666 ( B ). I also would like to bring forth another law ; 15 USC 1681 ( B ) where it states that I as a consumer would need to give TransUnion PERMISSION to furnish information on my behalf. To date, I have not granted you or XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX such authority . TransUnion 's apparent and constant neglect to properly carry out your job is costing me by ruining my consumer report. This letter is an attempt to remedy the following listings TransUnion have listed on my consumer report.
