I have sent multiple letters to Experian regarding two Bankruptcies on my consumer report. They have constantly sent notification that they have been verified. I have asked for methods of their verification and they stated that they received verification from the actual court. Please tell me how can they received verification from the court and the courts do not verify or validate information. I have sent them notification regarding the bankruptcy courts and they said that they verified it through Clarity Consumer Reporting who are affiliated with Experian. Upon pulling my Clarity Consumer Report there is no bankruptcy listed on the entire credit file. They are in violation of 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) I have never given them written permission to furnish any information within my credit file. They are also in violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( b ) regarding the accuracy of the report. I will also be filing a report with the FTC.
