I moved XXXX from my saving to my checking to pay a bill. Once I moved the money XXXX came into account removed XXXX. My saving account went down to XXXX. I called XXXX their records show they collected money loss money and gained money. All while the bank say they never gave XXXX money but rather they put it in saving account but balance never went up. I filed the complaint got print out from bank showing a discrepancy banker in bank and online file a dispute. They closed the dispute saying they don't owe me. Won't account for my funds
