This is not my account I am writing you because I tried to handle this matter with the collection agency but they did not validate this debt that they say I owe. They only sent me a copy of a bill. They never sent me a validation under the fair debt collection practices act 15 UFCs 1692g. The amount is XXXX and the date was service was XX/XX/2019. I have never lived at the address on file or use the hospital for medical treatment.
