THE CAPITAL ONE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN OPENED FRAUDULENTLY UNDER MY NAME AND I HAVE RECHED OUT TO CAPITAL ONE NUMEROUS TIMES AND I HAVE SENT THEM ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO HAVE THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT AND CHARGES REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT PROFILE BUT TILL THIS DAY THERE IS NO RESOLUTION. I HAVE SPOKEN TO MANY SUPERVISORS AND REPRESENTATIVES AND THEY KEEP TELLING ME THAT THAT THEY HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FROM ME WHICH PROVES THAT THIS ACCOUNT WAS OPENED FRAUDULENTLY BUT AGAIN CAPITAL ONE IS STILL REPORTING THE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT AND THE CHARGES ON MY CREDIT REPORT.
