Since approximately of XXXX of XXXX I noticed a fraudulent loan on my credit report. I reached out to mariner finance on various occasions and explained that I was a victim of identity theft and the account that was opened with them was fraudulent. I was told that it would get removed for they had realized that it in fact not me that opened this account. Nothing has been done about it. There were also hard inquiries by this company that were also supposed to be removed and it has not happened.
