Midland Credit Management Inc. ( MCM ) at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Mi XXXX has been sending me collection notices in the amount of {$460.00}. The collection has been reported as past due balance. I do not know this company. I have never done any business with this company. This company does not have a contract with my signature. I sent out a debt validation letter XXXX XXXX to XXXX and XXXX and a debt validation letter to Midland Credit Management on XXXX XXXX. I received a letter from the collection agency ( MCM ) XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX ) stating that the debt was verified but they have not disclosed how the account was verified. Also i know that an investigation wasn't done because according to 15 usc 1681a ( e ) they didn't do any interviews with anyone associated to the consumer ( me ) .However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency.
