* XX/XX/XXXX : PNC Virtual Wallet with Performance Select Spend checking account was opened online from PNC bank website * This was done under promo terms where consumer could " Earn {$400.00} when you establish total qualifying direct deposit ( s ) of {$5000.00} or more to the Spend account. '' Of note, " to qualify for the reward, the new Virtual Wallet product must be opened online via the application links on this page between XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, '' which I did successfully do ( see attached ) * XX/XX/XXXX : After noting that the promo reward was never provided ( " credited to the eligible account within 6090 days after all conditions have been met '' ), I reached out to PNC Bank via online chat in early XXXX to request a resolution * XX/XX/XXXX : per my XX/XX/XXXX statement dated XX/XX/XXXX, {$300.00} promo reward was deposited on XXXX ( " Cash Trans Promo Reward '' ) * XX/XX/XXXX : given it was only partial promo deposit, I reached out to PNC Bank via online chat again to request a correction with addition of remaining {$100.00} promo reward balance. Agent informed that they had no record of the promotion in question, and thus used that as justification for the {$300.00} amount ( which was never the actual promotion terms per attached documentation ).
