On XX/XX/22 - I received a check from my car dealership to pay for car tags. They made the check out to me, my spouse, and the Oklahoma XXXX XXXX. I spoke with agent XXXX by phone on XX/XX/22, and she confirmed that as long as I take it to the local branch ( that she called to confirm ), I would not have any issues with cashing it. I go by THAT local branch on XX/XX/22, and they advise me I could not deposit it because it was made out to all XXXX parties. They are providing false information, and misleading their customers. I only have a checking account with them, so I doubt anything will happen, but I wanted to make sure there is a record of this conduct. I am NOT expecting any type of resolution, because, well the big banks always win.
