Guild Mortgage called me from XXXX today and had my personal information to ask me about a mortgage on a property. I do not now nor have I ever had a mortgage. I asked the representative his name and he gave me a fraudulent name. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX He also threatened to kill me. We exchanged insults until he hung up. This company has my PERSONAL information and let 's thier employees threaten people who aren't even thier customers. They should be shut down. Who knows what other fraudulent activities they have going on with people 's personal information and threatening to kill me is not a light matter. I tried calling back but it goes to an answering system for the co.pany
