I called Lendmark Financial and advise them that I had made a {$350.00} payment towards my loan on due date of XX/XX/2022. I adv. the representative helping me with call that I wanted {$280.00} applied towards my regular payment and rest {$60.00} towards principal only. I was advise that could only be done if I call someone over the phone and instruct them to apply it that way or to walk in the branch and pay there and have them applied that way. My issue is why can they apply the payment I already paid through them via phone application the way im asking. I feel like they are steeling from us consumers with already high interest rate well over % 35. I also called corporate to resolve this and all they did was xfer me to a supervisor the branch location where I got my loan. Manager was not available for my complaint.
