My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports. I received your response in my complaint # XXXX and Im the one who submitted a complaint on XX/XX/2022. This account ( XXXXXXXX ) is reporting on my personal credit file with XXXX, XXXX, Experian ( Credit Reporting Agencies ). I need to report XXXX for violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Theyre claiming I was late, but their records are incorrect. Ive contact the company & requested verifiable proof and they have failed to provide with any verifiable documents. They have failed to comply with FCRA section 611 & are willful noncomplying which is a violation of sections 616 & 617I need them to correct their records or be held accountable for their actions. The information is creating great emotional & physical stress and creating me sleepless nights where its impacting my job performance. Please have this matter resolved ASAP.
