Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Address : XXXX Little XXXX XXXX, Spout Spring, VA XXXX Email : XXXX My complaint is against Experian concerning my Chapter XXXX Bankruptcy dispute. Report # XXXX XXXX XXXX CT VA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX On XX/XX/2021, I sent a notarized, certified dispute letter including a letter from the courthouse stating that they do not subscribe to the Experian agency to be able to report this public record on my credit report. Experian responded, " The company that reported the information has certified to Experian that the information is accurate. This item was not changed as a result of our processing of your dispute. '' Next, I disputed this account online XX/XX/2021, with the same response. On, XX/XX/2021, I spoke with an unprofessional, female Specialist with unknowledgeable comments that Experian never received my mailed documents which included a letter from the courthouse stating that they do not subscribe to your agency to report this public record on my credit report. The Specialist left me on hold for XXXX hours and XXXX minutes which I could hear other representatives working with their customers. Then the phone hung up. I am humiliated and will consider filing a complaint with CFPB if this account is not removed immediately. XXXX and XXXX removed/deleted this account XX/XX/2021.
