1. Experian failed to respond to my dispute request that I sent certified mail - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. 2. Experian kept the XX/XX/2019 late for XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/2019 late on my credit report without providing a notarized investigation report. 3. Experian provided a credit report and disputes document for the XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX instead. 4. Experian has ignored my request as noted in my correspondence to them -for an notarized investigation report on several occasions. 5. XXXX XXXX sent a payment history log. The payment log never charged a late fee for the months XX/XX/2019 or XX/XX/2019. I have never been late with this account. 6. XXXX XXXX did not provide a payment log and I have never been late. 7. Experian failed to provide XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX notarized investigation report. Therefore it must be that the disputed information on my credit report was inaccurate. Under 15 USC- 1681i ( 5 ) ( A ) ( i ) of the FCRA all unverified accounts must be promptly deleted from my credit file.
