I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX in XXXX. They arranged financing through their preferred lender, Bridgecrest. ( Bridgecrest is owned by XXXX XXXX XXXX, a XXXX, XXXX -based used-car dealer. XXXX was spun out of XXXX ) I made regular payments to Bridgecrest on the car and paid it off XX/XX/XXXX. I have not received the title and it has been over a year. I have contacted Bridgecrest, XXXX and the NV XXXX multiple times and have gotten nowhere. Bridgecrest states they have released the title twice. The XXXX states that the lienholder listed on the title is actually XXXX and they will not send the title to me with a lien release from Bridgcrest as they have XXXX listed as lienholder. XXXX refuses to address my concerns and instead insists it is the bank, Bridgcrest 's issue to resolve. I have a car that I have spent over {$25000.00} and no tile after a year.
