Trans Union credit reports has new personnel across the ocean that lies, doesn't do what there company objective is and doesn't do proper investigation even if it is right in front of their hardly speaking XXXX selves. XXXX. XXXX XXXX on XXXX put Hard Inquirey on my credit report even though there was a credit freeze. XXXX. I called Transunion up and hardly could understand American credit reporting agencies personnel that valiantly lied then hung up phone. I called back and told them it would be impossible to out inquire in file because it has been frozen year 's. Then they demanded police report but police laughed when I called them and told them indians from XXXX hung phone up and demanded police report for hard inquiry that should have been impossible to out on. Finally I demanded fcra investigation section 609 and 611. Of course they didn't know what fcra was? XXXX should be embarrassed to have XXXX representing them. They are bottom feeders. I want this hard inquiry off or the step by step investigation that is federal and state law.
