Tower Loan keeps on reporting inaccurate information to the reporting agencies. This account has been closed since XXXX of 2020. I had a back injury and had back surgery. I had XXXX insurance with this company but they denied it saying they did not receive certain documents. This is one of the companies that sent this account over to an attorney office to collect in which they are. But they charged this account off in 2020 but still reporting it open on one bureau and charged off on the other which is a violation against FRCA.
