I, XXXX XXXX, Living Person, And Original creditor have solely made this complaint and if stated otherwise would be intentional willful neglect. I have supporting documents presented in this complaint that establishes that the corporations mentioned in said complaints have committed fraud against me since as far back as 2014. This is totally unacceptable and you must hold these companies responsible as they feel they are ABOVE THE LAW and taking advantage of me and my REPUTATION. The accounts listed in the supporting documents of this complaint CLEARY show that the accounts are not mine and are fraudulent. Pursuant to USC 1695 and FCRA along with FDCPA rights, any unauthorized and fraudulent activity must be removed and blocked from reporting on my consumer 's file. I am telling you my hand on the bible that this is information will not be blocked in error. My FTC report and affidavit of truth attached are proof that nothing I have stated is false. As your Bureau is here to protect my consumer 's rights I am requesting that you force these corporations to remove ALL negative remarks on my consumers file. All of this information MUST be blocked within 4 days of this complaint per the LAW. If this fraudulent activity continues I will be forced to start LITIGATION. If you believe that I've obtained possession of goods, services, or money as a result of information to be blocked, have your executive member or the company put it in an affidavit of truth notarized. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter. I am XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint MYSELF and there is no third party involved. This complaint should not be closed at any time for authorization needed. This submitted complaint with attached documents will be my written authorization.
