I have included in this complaint a photocopy of the account in question. XXXX is reporting to me that I am 60-90 days late and I have NEVER BEEN LATE. I have impeccable credit and this is hindering me due to their neglegance and error. One account is showing with the same balance closed and transferred and then it shows in the next the same amount as late. I have contacted them several times and someone in their office said they would correct the issue but they never did.
