The Following accounts were all included in identity theft claims that I have already expressed to each company listed. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681c-2 the consumer reporting agency ( XXXX, XXXX and Experian ) shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer ( ME ) identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency 1. appropriate proof of identity ( I have provided all identifying information with this report to identify myself to these companies 2. copy of identity theft report ( I have attached for your records ) 3. identification of such item by consumer ( this is my third and final time identifying that there is an issue that has not been resolved with removing these inaccurate items. 4. a statement by the consumer ( This serves as my statement that none of the below accounts are related to any transaction by myself ). Account # XXXX Account # XXXX Account # XXXX Account # XXXX Account # XXXX By law these accounts sitting on my consumer report any longer are a violation of FEDERAL Laws. I am a litigious consumer and will go to the full extent of the law to make sure my consumer report reflects complete and accurate information. This is my last and final attempt to remedy this situation before I file a petition to sue.
