I am submitting this complaint myself and there is no third party involved. Regardless of the multiple written requests, the RMP, LLC ( Original Creditor : IXXXX XXXX XXXX ) with account number XXXX, still reporting on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The XXXX and XXXX are failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681 within the time declared by law and continued reporting of unconfirmed information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
