I took it upon my self to follow the FDCPA laws and FCRA laws by sending all incorrect and damaging report to all the creditors and collections agency a Validation letter. None of the only 2 account complied with and sent a letter to remove the accounts of my credit report. I created a packet to all 3 major credit report bureaus showing evidence of all letter send and dates ( which I waited the complied 30 days gap ) advising them to remove and all accounts listed in the letters sent to all creditors and collection agencies. it has been more than 45 days and non have been removed. I also confirmed that all 3 mayor credit bureau have received the packets sent by me. I have tried to exercise my rights has its stated in the FDCPA and FCRA and non of which have complied with not even a letter or a call to fix my credit.
