Consumer Narrative
For the past XXXX years I have been getting call throughout the day from a XXXX XXXX XXXX debt collection firm. We do not have any debts whatsoever and feel this has gone past the level of harassment allowed by law. I wish to take legal action and file a suit against this firm for harassment and engaging in abusive, deceptive, or unfair behavior as we have told them time after time ( at the beginning of the calls ) we are not who they are calling about but continue to get calls all the way up to XXXX pm at times. Please let me know who I need to contact to seek legal action and seek damages. Thanks you!
