Was informed from my credit report, someone fraudulently attempted multiple banks/credit unions loans. Contacted Lending Club Bank to report fraud. They stated since the application is pending theres nothing that can be done. Until I randomly check back days later to see if the individual got their loan on my name/social. I told them by then its too late the fraudster would have the money. They stated until the loan is approved they cant do nothing. I told them to stop the application its fraud. They refused. Also this bank is listed twice on my report with two different branch addresses. They confirmed they own both branches. My credit report show two different accounts attempting to open by both of their branches.
