I received notice from XXXX that they obtained a debt they claimed was mine. I disputed it and they then had me contacted by Waltman Weinberg and Reis LPA. They sent me copies of card/installment of some kind statements they said were mine and proof that it is my debt. They did NOT give me anything with my signature, a contract or anything else showing it actually is accurate or is mine. They also told me on the phone that unless I paid they would XXXX. They did file - I went to the hearing and the rep there said to me ( not in front of the judge ) that they had the statement bills and I needed to agree to payments- if I didnt they would not drop the case and would take me to. Common pleas court if needed. I did not know any better. Then I was injured and lost work from the pandemic. I keep getting communication about paying- it says I can ask for a hardship from Waltman Weinberg and REis- I hav called and done online forms and they do not answer me
