My mortgage was sold from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX around XXXX or XX/XX/2014. Since then, the loan has been sold more than once but the servicer has not changed from Gregory Funding, LLC which is currently the mortgage servicer. Gregory Funding has been receiving more than the monthly due amount each month for years yet they refuse to report payment history to any of the credit agencies. This act has caused me the opportunity to refinance and further obtain any credit for the payments being made. Coupled with the fact that XXXX has a picture of myself and my wife exiting this home. we are being identified as XXXX in an affluent neighborhood and the refusal to credit the payment history is discrimination coupled with the fact that any lender can readily identify the applicants ( me and my wife ) as XXXX people- based on the fact that XXXX shows our picture at this address.
