I explained them that I can not be a guarantor of an adult as I am not the caring person of such adult not I signed any financial responsibility document at the time of his admission/treatment in their ER. The collection Company sent me as proof A screenshot of an old computer record for when I was a guarantor of XXXX XXXX Back when he was a child, but no admission proof/documentation for his XXXX visit during XXXX. They also violated HIPPA regulations as they shared in that document forbiden PII : mine and XXXX XXXX full social security numbers
