Originally I contacted XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2021 with an Cease and Desist for them to stop violating my consumer rights, by posting late payments on my credit report, sending me bills witch are in a positve balance and using deceptive means to make me believe I owe a debt. They were harrassing me and causing me mental stress. XXXX XXXX responded by closing my account and illegally reporting negatively to the consumer reporting agencies. I also sent them an XXXX of Truth with my Exhibits on XXXX. They never repsonded to my XXXX with an XXXX which now puts them in Default. On XXXX I sent them a XXXX XXXX with Exhibits and an invoice for federally violated consumer rights. Im demanding that they give me my specified remedy and pay my invoice. I will follow up with litigation.
